The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years or older. pad4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. All Accounts are subject to age verification, and Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age are closed immediately.
If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that a minor has registered an Account and provided Personal Data, please contact pad4d immediately at [email protected] with the subject line "Minor Account — Urgent". pad4d will promptly close the Account, delete the minor's Personal Data (subject to AML record-keeping obligations), and take steps to prevent future access.
⚠ Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling: pad4d cooperates fully with legal guardians and authorities to block minors from accessing the Platform. Any user found to have provided false age information will have their Account permanently banned and all funds forfeited.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or payment providers (such as Indonesian bank portals, e-wallet apps, or cryptocurrency exchanges). pad4d is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
When you click a link that takes you away from the pad4d Platform, you are subject to the privacy policy and terms of the destination site. pad4d strongly encourages you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit, particularly before providing Personal Data.
pad4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, pad4d will notify registered users via email and display a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for at least 30 days.
The revised Privacy Policy will specify a new effective date at the top of the document.
