pad4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, will be attributed to you until you notify pad4d of a security breach. pad4d shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
Accounts may be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) or in supported cryptocurrencies (USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Once an Account currency is set, it cannot be changed without closing and re-registering. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are applied at the time of transaction using market-rate conversion benchmarks.
pad4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a User's relationship with the Platform, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals exceeding a specified threshold, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include:
pad4d will process KYC submissions within one to three business days for standard requests and within five business days for complex cases requiring additional investigation. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification period. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a verification request may result in Account suspension.

pad4d accepts deposits via the following channels available to Indonesian players:
Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Account within two minutes of confirmed receipt under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations (typically 3 confirmations for USDT TRC20; 12 confirmations for Ethereum-based assets). pad4d is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, banking system outages, or third-party payment processor issues.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Currency note: All IDR deposits are credited at face value. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of credit, unless the Account is maintained in a crypto denomination. Exchange rate risk is borne by the User.
Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders whose real-money balance exceeds the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold. Accounts with pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or open security reviews may have withdrawals placed on hold until the relevant matter is resolved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pad4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall pad4d be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pad4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. You participate in all games and betting activities at your own risk. pad4d is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through legitimate game play on the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by pad4d's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pad4d's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
pad4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraud or attempted fraud; money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns; failure to complete KYC verification; or conduct that pad4d reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Definitions, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pad4d holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through pad4d's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits pad4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or address a breach of these Terms that may cause irreparable harm.
pad4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pad4d will notify registered Users via email, in-Platform notification, or a prominent notice on the homepage. The revised Terms will specify an effective date. If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
